Canstruction 2003
2003 was the first year we participated in canstuction. While researching our potential "bricks", we found a corned beef can that happened to taper in two directions like a keystone. We quickly decided to use it to form some type of dome. The result was a scale reproduction in cans of a small renaissance temple by Bramante called the "Tempietto". Our version was called the "TINpietto". We were fortunate enough to win an honorable mention award at the local and national levels.
